Can I join?
Yes, of course! Anyone can be a member of our Cash Clubhouse community.

How do I join?
Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’re in! Visit our Offer Wall however often you wish and sign-up for as many offers as you’d like. Refer a friend to earn 1,000 more points! Once you’ve earned 20,000 points, you can start redeeming for rewards.

What is the value of 1,000 points?

1,000 points equals $1. 


Why do you collect personal information at registration?

We collect personal information to help us better identify offers that will interest you. For example, if you are a 34-year-old man, we are less likely to post an offer that would appeal to a 65-year-old woman. Plus, by connecting you to brands that you love, those companies can learn how to better serve you.


Why do you send a confirmation email?
For you to receive any of Cash Clubhouse's communications, you must double opt-in to our community. “Opting in” is the action of signing up. “Double opting in” is clicking on the link you receive in that confirmation email. It is our recommendation that you only work with companies that require a confirmation email, as it validates the quality of the organization.

What does membership cost me?
Membership is 100% FREE. We will never ask you for any money or your credit card information during the sign-up process. We just want to help you earn rewards!

Why should I become a member of the Cash Clubhouse community?
Cash Clubhouse a great way to make money without any obligation, no matter where you are. It’s simple, friendly and legitimate. We’re run by industry veterans, each with at least 20 years in the online space. We pour all of our experience into making sure that you have a great one.

I never received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please click here to go to the Confirmation Resend page. If, after completing that process, you still have not received your confirmation email, please check your Junk/SPAM email folder.

There is an error with registration. What should I do?
As vigilant as we are, issues do arise from time to time. If this happens to you, contact us. Remember to be as detailed as possible with your feedback. The more information we review, the faster we can resolve your issue.


How can I change my email address?

Unfortunately email address changes cannot be made on accounts. The only way to do this is for us to deactivate your current account and have you create a new one. When an account is deactivated, you forfeit all Cash Clubhouse points you have earned for that account. Unfortunately, points cannot be transferred from one account to another.


How do I change my password?

To fix this easily, please click "Log in" at the top right of the site, click Log in with Email, then select "Forgot password" and follow the simple instructions. If you run into any further problems, please contact us.

I don’t remember my username. Help!
These things happen to the best of us. Your username is always the email address you used at registration. If you cannot remember which email you used, please contact us here. We will get back to you within 3 to 5 business days.

Offers and Surveys

How do I complete an offer?

Different types of offers may have different requirements. When you open an offer, enter all requested information and follow any instructions and prompts on screen. Be sure to complete the offer to the very end and confirm your email address if necessary.


Why didn’t my offer approve?

CashClubhouse credits a member for an offer when we receive credit from the advertiser sponsoring that offer. Crediting time can vary from offer to offer. While many offers credit quickly, others can take time (up to 30 to 60 days). In the case of trial offers, the advertiser wants to ensure you have enough time to give their product or service a fair try. Points for shopping purchases can take 60+ days to appear. Retailers do this to ensure people don’t get the cash back and then immediately return the item, that the purchase is valid, etc.
To increase chances of timely crediting, make sure you read and meet all guidelines for the offer. Always provide honest, truthful information, including contact info such as name, phone, and address. Providing any untruthful information or cancelling a trial offer too quickly may result in a noncredit.
Reminder: Offers can be completed one time only unless otherwise stated. Completing the same offer multiple times on different sites can also cause an offer not to credit.

How do I complete a survey?
Answer the prequalifying questions that appear on screen. Take your time and provide thoughtful, truthful answers. After answering, you’ll be presented with a survey you may qualify for. Continue providing truthful answers and moving through the survey until you reach the end.


Why was I disqualified from a survey?
The qualifications are set by the market research company running the survey. Surveys may be looking for people with specific tastes, people involved in specific activities, etc. This will vary from one survey to another.
Want to increase your chances of qualifying? When completing surveys and prequalifying, always provide thoughtful, truthful answers. This will help better match you to future surveys that you may qualify for.


Can I complete offers and surveys more than one time?
Generally, an offer can be completed only one time per person, unless otherwise stated. Some offers and surveys do allow multiple completions though. For example, you can complete up to 2 iTC Daily Surveys each day, every day.


How do I refer someone else?

While logged in, go to the Refer a Member page. Copy your unique referral link (below the text “Share the link below to get referrals today!”). Then paste your referral link into an email, message, other document, etc. and share it with your friends and family. Remember not to spam as spamming is not allowed. You can also share your referral link with friends on social media. Click the Facebook or Twitter icons to share your link.

How do I earn from referrals?

For each referral who joins via your email invitation or referral link, you'll earn 1,000 Points when your referral completes their first offer or survey.

Gift Card Rewards

What is the minimum amount to claim a Gift Card?

The minimum amount to claim a Gift Card is 20,000 points (equal to $20).

How do I cash out/claim a gift card?

Once you’ve earned 20,000 points, you will be prompted to select your reward. Follow the prompts and select the Gift Card you want. It will be emailed to the email address on your CashClubhouse account. It can take 3-5 business days to receive your reward.

Be sure to check Junk/Spam mail folders just in case your Gift Card ends up there. If the message appears in either folder, please make sure to whitelist the sender email to receive future emails to your inbox.

What Gift Cards are available?

How long does it take to receive my Gift Card?
After requesting your reward, it can take 3 to 5 business days to receive it.

Why didn’t I receive my gift card?

If after 3 to 5 business days you still have not received your gift card:

Did you check the correct email account (the email address on your CashClubhouse account)?

Have you made sure to check your Junk/Spam mail folders as sometimes Gift Card emails can end up there. If the message appears in either folder, please make sure to whitelist the sender email to receive future emails to your inbox.

If you still don’t see it, please let us know the name/type of Gift Card you requested and the date, and we’ll get it resent to you. It can take an additional 3 to 5 business days for a Gift Card to be resent.

Why do you use cookies?

We use cookies to personalize your experience, to analyze our traffic, to provide social media features and for quality control and verification purposes. Where do I go to unsubscribe?
On the bottom of our home page is a permanent “Unsubscribe” button. Click it and follow the prompts.


IMPORTANT: Once you unsubscribe from our community, you forfeit all Cash Clubhouse points you have earned. If you decide to rejoin the Cash Clubhouse community at a later date (and we’d love to have you back!), the previous points you collected will remain forfeited.
